Cooking Light suggests serving an easy Putty Cabbage-Apple Slaw with Raisins with chili.  It’s made simple with pre-cut cabbage in a package.  Try sprinkling some fresh roasted unsalted peanuts on top.  Keep the peanuts next to the salad and let guests serve themselves.
