Here is a suggestion from an email filled with suggestions.  A friend sent this and rather than put them up in our “Cool email” category I wanted to add them as Quick Suggestions. They are easier to find that way!  While I have not tried some of these, I would if I needed to.  If you try one let us know how it works or doesn’t work for you, thanks!   Enjoy and Be well!

Karen- Hal, thanks for the info. Who knew! Now I can’t wait to see a bug…lol Have a great day.

Mike- ?409 does it every time. Thanks!

Denise – I hate to kill pollinators of any kind. Don’t try this if someone in the house is allergic, but… If a bug gets inside during the day, you can often lure it out again by turning off all light sources in a room and opening a door that’s equipped with a screen-door. The bug is attracted to the light, you gently open the screen-door, and out it flies.

Lesley – A quick flick of the dishtowel at the offending buzze roften seems to do the trick. Sometimes it just stuns them and I cover them with a glass, slide a stiff piece of paper underneath and bring them outside to release them. The glass and paper trick works for spiders and crickets too.
