Hash Brown Gravy Soup
1bag of shredded hash browns Oreida brand
4 cans of fat free chicken broth
1 pk of country gravy mix, get the lowest fat one
Put the hashbrowns in cooker and add chicken broth bring to boil. Mix gravy packk with a little water and add to hashbrowns and chicken broth. Cover and let simmer until thickens about 30 minutes. For thicker soup add another pack of gray mix.
Depending on the gravy mix you buy, this is usually 1pt per cup. It’s even better the next day.
I add fat free sour cream and fat free cheese for a low calorie Baked Potato Soup.
