Insomnia/Jumpy Legs Fix: When I have trouble falling asleep, I give myself a leg massage without leaving my bed. I use the knee of one leg to vigorously press and rub up and down the back of the other leg’s calf muscles. Once I’ve done the back of both legs I then use the heal of one leg to pres and rub up and down the shin of the other leg. This deep tissue massage almost always dissipates the stress that was keeping me awake.
